Description
Issue 1:
Search field not reset.
- Go to Notification.
- Input any word at Filter Subject.
- System display search results.
- Go to other menu e.g Sent.
- Go back to Notification.
- System display search result from previous search but Filter Subject Field already empty.
- When click on Subject Filter field and press backspace, then system display all list.
Able to replicate to all other filter field and menu (Sent/Archive/Message Template)
Expected to display all list at step no.6
Issue 2:
When click on Message Template Menu, Send New Notification button is disappear from screen.
Issue 3:
Send Message: To fix Expiry Date that display empty at confirm page after selected during message creation.

3 reported issues fixed and deployed into Penril Server, fixed will deploy to Ptap server on release beta.11
