Description
Issue 1:
Advance Search not working at
Proxy Enquiry:
By Alias ID > Alias Type : not working search by Email or Mobile Number
By Secondary value > Others: not working search by Email or Mobile Number
Proxy History:
Alias Type : not working search by Email or Mobile Number
Secondary Type > Others: Should display other than NIK
Issue 2:
Both (PDF& Excel) report have empty data even though the search has result.
Unable to replicate issue 2. Successfully downloaded, but recommend not to use wording 'null' inside the status column. (screenshot VIT_164)

Query to table using the below value as mapping
Alias Type:
01 = Mobile phone no
02 = Email Address
Secondary Type:
01 = National Identity Card number = this should be "NIK"
02 = Passport Number - this should fall into "Others". For others, just do <> "01"
