Description
Hi Chee Onn,
As per subject, below is the step to reproduce the issue.
Step 1- Login as Maker
- Select user with status NEW
- Click Resend Email button without approved it. Just leave the request in the approval list.
- Perform FTL for that user
- Status will change to NORMAL.
- Login as Checker
- Approve pending resend email request just now.
- User status will change to NEW after approved.
Expected result: Add checking, NOT to change user status after resend email approval.

Hi Ayu,
Issue had been fixed with added error message while checker approve the resend email activity, when user status is not 'New'.
