Hi Zahir,
Please refer below for the root cause and resolution. Now pending customer to deploy into testing environment and feedback issue resolve.
Root Cause:
- Found out there is a code error in approving the change authentication mode without updating the pending flag into not pending.
Resolution:
- New ear file attached in this email to fix this issue.
- Please refer below query to update user data HELO2010 from pending to non pending.
Query : update TB_AM_USER_EXT set E_MK_PENDING = 0 where E_USER_ID = 1734243110;
