After login to CAS, then click on any menu, then hang..until timeout.
Vincent already onsite to look into the issue.
Danniell has responded to Nabil to acquire for more info.

*Scenario:*
The scenario that was reported is that there're no difficulties in login to CAS Administration but after
login, any clicks on side navigation failed to proceed further until session timeout.
Findings
Based on the logs (server and application), no abnormalities detected.
Requested to get data from app servers health and pending for feedback.
