Description

Once the user account have been locked, user need to change their password in order to change user account status to normal.
If user Change Password at Profile management the account status still not change to NORMAL.
Expected : User can change password at profile maintenance

Hi Ayu, do you meant Unlock user from IBAM after the user is locked?

Hi Lee Yong, yes this is the bugs that we found after unlocked user account from IBAM.

Expected Results:
There will be change password option after User login to the RIB in order to make the user status automatic change from 'Unlocked' to 'Normal'.

Actual Result:
After IBAM unlocked User account, user can login again to the RIB with old password. In the process it is advisable if User can change the password to avoid fraud but there is no pop-up message to prompt user to change the password after login to RIB.

If we advise user to change using profile management in RIB, the status in RIB still not change to normal.

Updated Change Password to Activate user upon successful password change

I read this from the BRS:

2.3.5 Unlock Account
If the user account has been locked, the user shall call Customer Service to unlock the account first and the user is required to change the password before s/he can login to the account.
The user can proceed with the necessary functions (reset password, security questions/answers or both) after Customer Service have unlock the account.

User is not allow to login for the both lock and unlock status until the below is met.
1) if the user account is in the Lock status, we show message that the account is lock message and have user to call Call Center
2) if the user account is in the Unlock status, we show message that user need to perform Reset Password before user is allow to login.
3) in the reset password, should change user status to Normal.

Please verify the above behaviour.
