Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Customer have an issue with Jompay via KFHonline.
He claimed that he had deleted the Registered Jompay on July 2021 and Jompay Maintenance also states that he do not have any favorite Biller.
On 2nd August, there are still deductions made from his CASA.
Appreciate your kind assistance to delete the SI under Jompay & update us accordingly.
