Description

*Test Description : Failed Scenario - Create Participant User with maker/checker system validation enabled due to LDAP not con*nected with BI-FAST

Test Step :
1. Access to the Participant User Enquiry function under Participants module
2. System displays the Advance Search screen
3. Click on the Create button
4. System displays the Participant User Enquiry - Creation screen
5. Administrator enter all the mandatory fields
6. Click Next button
7. System display the confirmation screen
8. Click on the Confirm button

Test Data :
1. User must be a Participant Admin
2. LDAP not connected with BI-FAST

Expected Result :
1. Participant User will not be created
2. BI-FAST creates log failed to connect with LDAP
Actual Result : After Set LDAP to Turn Off, Error Message Displayed "Username Already Exist"

issue occure because loading overlay disaper before finish
deploy on 2.0.30-ga
