Description
1. Host user only can perform top up and withdraw. Need to hide Balance Transfer from Host User access.
2. Participant user (direct participant) can create all tranfer type (top up, withdraw, dan balance transfer)
3. Current system, Balance Transfer not validation when originator participant themself as debiting and crediting participant.
balance transfer should be can by participant with same settlement bank as direct participant. ---- NI kak yu x paham dia tulis apa, maybe yg ni dia nk tambah filter untuk tak boleh buat balance transfer and hantar kepada diri sendiri.
