Hi Zahir.
Please refer below for the root cause and resolution. The fixed package had been delivered and pending customer to test on SIT environment.
Root Cause:
- Invalid provider name 'HONGKONG' from company table used to select provider in provider table which name as 'Hong Kong'.
Resolution:
- Added condition checking when the provider name 'HONGKONG' used to select the provider in the provider table will change it to 'Hong Kong'.
