[BIF-20124] Manage Liquidity - Connection Timeout When do Withdrawal

Description

Test Step:
1. Access to the Liquidity Top-Up and withdrawal function.
2. Click Manage Liquidity button.
3. System displays the Liquidity Top-Up and withdrawal detail screen. In this screen, Participant field displays all Participant BIC dropdown lists
4. After select withdrawal select participant, enter the amount of funds that more than BI-FAST balance, and click on the Next button.
5. System will validates and displays the confirmation screen.
6. Verify details information and click on the Confirm button.

Test Data:
1. Host User maker can access this function
2. Using valid data according to the input rules Specification
3. Maker/checker is enabled for the function being tested
4. Host User can use this function for all Direct Participant
5. Refence number should be same with reference number that is generated to RTGS by CI HUB
6. the information in "enquiry" screen must be same with input Withdraw data
7. the information in RTGS must be same with input withdraw data
8. funds in BI-FAST must be insufficient

Expected Result:
BI-FAST message error "insufficient funds to withdraw"
BIFAST not debited
BI-RTGS not creditted
Actual Result:
Displays Notification "Connection timeout. Check Liquidity balance on Liquidity Management Enquiry menu."

Reply from the issue.

After we do a retest,

Actual result still not comply with expected result.
Current Balance = RP. 15.004.850
Withdrawl = RP. 16.000.000.000
Success for pending approval > Submit
Display Error Message "U252" during approval.

Hi,
This is an expected response code when hub validates the liquidity balance of the participant bank. Hub sends an error code 02 with error description U252 which translates to Sponsor Adjustment Balance Not Enough. CI-Portal team to do a mapping of this error code so that it can show the message error to be "insufficient funds to withdraw".
