Salam Sufian, From our investigation. We notice the USD parameter at IB Currency Description (BVMC) is offline. Please change the status to online to solve this issue Step 1) login bvmc as user that have access to Content tab 2) Click Content tab 3) Select Type ( IB Currency Description ) 4) Set Online (Action) for USD parameter
