Checked in CORUS, Secure Pass already assigned to the customer.

Kah Yan, Oct 2, 2021:-

Root Cause:
Customer exceeded wrong secure pass PIN tried during Reset Password.
This resulted in the secure pass being unassigned from the customer.

Solution:
In CORUS, activate the secure pass.

We have checked the data in the TB_AM_VASCO table.
It is confirmed that the secure pass is now assigned to the customer after implementing the proposed solution.

Kindly request the customer to retry.
