Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
For merchant approval, there are 4 levels of approving as below.
Bank maker
Bank checker
Paynet Maker
Paynet checker
This issue happened when Bank Maker and Paynet Maker to approve in the screen “Merchant -> Pending Application”.
While no issue for Bank checker and Paynet checker as approval under Authorization -> Approval.
We are testing using Chrome, Firefox, IE and Edge. All are having same result.

Already fix and uploaded the files to support portal and send email to mingkit.
Root Cause:
Some coding not support in new jquery version.
Solution:
Update 2 JSP coding to support the new jquery.
