Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-

Please help to check on this issue.
Customer tried to reset here password.
After the password is successfully reset an tried to login to KFHOnline. she was asked to key in for another TAC number.
She received the error after requested for the second TAC the SMS has been sent to ''errmobno'

We already edit the customer mobile number under ib_uaccess_credential table, but the same issue still persist.
Kindly help to further check on this issue.

Mobile number : 018-4049005
Issue timestamp : 14/10/2021 around 3:35 PM - 3:40 PM
