Kindly attend below request:-
We received complaint from staff to enquire on the unsuccessful SI performed on 27/06/2021.
The customer received following error:
You have exceeded your maximum daily limit.
Please go to Fund Transfer > Others > Transfer Limit to change your limit up to a maximum of RM50,000.00.
Open DuitNow
Registered DuitNow
Combined Daily Limit (DuitNow + Intrabank + InterBank GIRO + SI)
However, customer confirmed that the daily limit is RM10k.
Appreciate your kind assistance to check on the reason for both transaction failed to take off.

Kah Yan, Oct 15, 2021:-
Root Cause Customer transfer limit for SI DuitNow Open and SI DuitNow Registered is null. This will use the default limit which is RM 5,000. Solution Customer update their transfer limit to RM10, 000 for SI DuitNow Open and SI DuitNow Registered.

Kindly find the patch at \\10.20.8.35\Internet Banking\20211018_6006_Unsuccessful_SI_Transaction However we are unable to perform end to end testing for the transaction due to received error code -16 No connection for DuitNow transactions. Understand from Shikin this is due to PayNet certification testing. Kindly advise on the environment availability.
Issue closed in SCP.
