Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Today our business users report that they have been receiving complaints from customers about getting session expired when they make payment using FPX.
Scenarios that customers complaint:
1. chose agrobank at FPX choose preferred bank, key in username, click login, session expired (most experienced)
2. successfully login and get TAC, after key in TAC, click "confirm" button, get "account has been deducted", click "continue with transactions" button, get session expired, get payment successful page.
Please assist to check.

Based on findings issue not only in FPX. able to replicate in RIB when using incognito/private/clean cache. After input username it always session expired

Fixes in Websphere to turn on the session management and rename cookies at 12 November 2021. Monitor until next day. Ilah confirmed there is no reported issue related. We will close this ticket
