Description
Test case:
Enter invalid "user name" (using more than 16 characters/digits long allowed)
Expected result:
The user name page should be limited to 16 characters and cannot be more than the limit
Actual result:
There are not limits to the user name log in bar
This issue also happens to the password field

the update will not throw message, the field it self cannot enter more
based on srs username field max 20, password max 12
