Test Step:

1. Access to Transaction Fee Maintenance>Fee Scheme>Service Type
2. Select on "By Time" menu and click on "Add" button
3. User inputs all required details on requirement specification:

a. Charge Type: Drop down (must select one) - Penalty Fee SLA
b. Participant Type: Drop down (must select one) - All
c. From Time: Drop down (must be < "From time") - ex: 01:01
d. To Time: Drop down (must be > "To time") - ex: 13:00
e. Source: Drop down (must select one) - OFI
f. Receiver: Drop down (must select one) - BI-FAST
g. Account Type: Drop down (must select one) - All Account
h. Charge by: Radio Button (must select one) - Fix Amount
i. Fix amount: Text box (if Charge By = Fix Amount) - Decimal 17,2 - ex: Rp1,500.00
j. Percentage: Text box (if Charge By = Percentage) - n/a
k. Minimum Amount: Text Box (if Charge By = Percentage) - n/a
l. Maximum Amount: Text Box (if Charge By = Percentage) - n/a

4. Click on "Next" button
5. Verify details and click "Confirm" button
6. Click on "Back" button on result page

Expected Result:
Step 1: System displays Service Type screen
Step 2: System displays Create Charge Type by Time form
Step 4: System validates and displays Confirmation screen
Step 5:
1. System displays result message “Charge Type <Charge_Type> has been created and pending for approval”
2. An e-mail is sent to Checker with approval process message and linked to the approval page
3. Charge Type will be created once it’s being approved by Checker and an email notification will be sent out to Host User Maker that submit the request
Step 6: System displays Fee scheme Details page

Note: The result of fee calculation can be checked from transaction fee report

Actual Result:
We cannot select any charge type listed in the drop down list named "Penalty Fee SLA" or "Penalty Fee Liquidity"
