Description
Please this defect on SLA Management menu.
step:
1) open SLA Management menu - Create
2) pick service
3) input SLA Duration with 5
4) input Reminder Trigger Duration (days) with 7
5) input effective start date
6) input effective end date
7) next
8) message error appear displayed.
9) click on input date picker 'Effective Start Date' -->30/1/2022
10) edit reminder reminder trigger duration input to 3 --> next
11)error message appear
The effective date is overlap with other setup
12) change effective end date to 1/01/2022
13) next
Expected Result:
Failed to create SLA Management due to invalid date picked Effective Start Date > Effective End Date
Actual Result:
Create SLA still can be done even date is invalid. Date picker can be changed when there's another error message.
