[BIF-31659] Report format is not match with SRS (when login as host user)

Description
1. For proxy address detail report
-Attached heading format in the SRS (1)
-Attached heading format in the report generated (2)
-Bank name hasn't showed yet, instead it showed BIC code
-The column name that define "Secondary alias value" in CI-Portal is "Secondary Value", meanwhile in the SRS it is "Secondary ID". The correct column name is "Secondary ID", hence the report format generated from CI-Portal need to be adjusted. Screenshot as attached:

Hi Ayu,
The participant name should no issues to show, might be previously report template not yet update. For the Secondary ID label had been update, this required to update the report template in batch job server. Bram would be update in today deployment.

Tested, found that column in Proxy Address Status report still 'Secondary Value' instead of 'Secondary ID'

-The secondary ID issue is resolved
-Report heading still need adjustment. Name bank still hasn't showed.
-Also please make sure that the report format is neat. In proxy address status report, the decapitation is not appropriate. Screenshot as attached:
