Please help to check on below issue.
Customer tried to request for SMS TAC to login to the KFHOnline site.
However, the SMS is not received by the customer.
From our further investigation, the mobile number is correctly maintained in ib_uaccess_credential table.
But from the sms_table, the guid value for the requested sms is = -1

Dear Sufian, Kindly check the below 1. The value of mobile_number column in ib_uaccess_credential table is 00923350651417 2. The value of the mobile number in ETHIX is 00923350651417 3. Did the customer recently perform "Confirm Mobile Number" in ib_user_activity table We suspect the mobile number should be 923350651417 instead of 00923350651417
