[BIF-31780] Need clarification Activity for Activation/First Time Login - Admin Audit Trail

Description
Pre-requisite:**
1. User must be a Host Admin Maker
2. Host Admin Maker Performed the Activity - First time login
Test Step:
1. Access to Audit Trail
2. Click the button on "Advance Search" left side (Advance search function is hidden by default)
3. Choose Activity from drop down list: First time login
4. Click on "Search" button
5. Click on “Eye” icon on selected item to view Audit Trail Details
6. Click "Back" button on Audit Trail Details
Expected Result:
Step 1: System displays Audit Trail Enquiry screen
Step 2: System displays the Advance Search screen
Step 4: System displays Audit Trail search result screen based on search criteria. Host can check all participant data
Step 5: System displays Audit Trail Details
Step 6: System displays Audit Trail Enquiry screen**
Actual Result:
no data available for the activity "first time login". It is because for the creation of new admin user, there is no "new" status, instead it is directly turning out with "normal" status. Consequently, the activity "first time login" for new admin user is not recorded. Please advise.

Based on SRS for Host on status description there no status 'New', first time login action only applicable for Participant to change generated password given by system to their own new password. for host the password is handel by LDAP, if user never login to CI-Portal the last login field will became empty.
