Description
As discussed, to accommodate the amount display on the report, please kindly hide the column for service type that will be implemented in BI-FAST phase 2, such as: Direct Debit, Request for Payment, and Bulk Credit Transfer
This adjustment should be apply to:

- Account Report
- Transaction Report
- Monthly Account Report
Please also adjust the individual credit transfer transaction recapitulation report to hide "batch" column since it should be used on Bulk Credit Transfer.
As discuss with Mr Hafiz and Mrs Ayu on teams uat bi-fast some column field will hide/eliminated, cause not used in phase 1

Updated the mentioned reports to remove phase 2 columns. Please retest after deploy and new report generated.
