Description
Transfer transactions related to liquidity management are reversely recorded in the transaction report as exemplified by the "Transaction_03112021_ALL_Daily_3" report.

This issue has been retested, but I found another defect as shown below:
Sampling: DEUTIDJA
In the 3rd period (12.01-18.00), there was 1 balance transfer transaction recorded amounting to 410.000.000
However, the report recorded 3 credit transactions amounting to 400.410.000.000
