Actual:
Selection of radio button on fee scheme (by time and by amount), will impact which charge type is active in the fee scheme without any approval process and can be done by any user who has the access to this menu.
Configuration from time and to time can't be done if set up 00:00 to 00:00
Expected:
1. Since there is no approval if there are changes done by the user, please disable the radio button (by time and by amount). That means any charge type registered on the selected fee scheme both by time and by amount (off-us and on-us) will be active.
2. Configuration from time and to time 00:00 to 00:00 will be considered as whole 1 business day period
Please also adjust the SRS for this adjustment

Done the changes, now pending recalculate the fee start from 1/11. Will regenerate the fee report tomorrow.
