Description
Actual:
1. Based on Fee Calculation Summary and Fee Calculation Detail on 19 Nov 2021, there were penalty fees as follows:
2. Based on that report, there should be penalty files from BI-FAST sent to RTGS
3. Currently, the penalty file for the related participants (PDBB - PDBB, BNIN - BTAN, BBIJ - DBSB) are missing
Expected:
Penalty file must be created accordingly based on fee calculation report

those participant not include because the receiver is not BI, therefore not include. Based on the requirement confirm by BI last time is all penalty fees will give to BI only will not give to other participant. Now change the program for those receiver is not BI will include in BI as well. Already update to UAT server, can verify with the newly generated report.
For Example:
In Fee Summary Report
ATOSIDJ1 to INDOIDJA = penalty fees 7.000,00
ATOSIDJ1 to PDBBIDJ1 = penalty fees 4.000,00
In RTGS Fee File
PDBBIDJ1 to INDOIDJA = penalty fees 11.000,00
