Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-

Issue: Approver approved transaction but -
1. Transaction enquiry - still showing Pending 0 Approver
2. Transaction receipt - unable to print in CDB
3. Amount deduct from customer account

Cause: Failed to update status from 'Pending Approver' to 'Successful' in DB

Issue:
Some users cannot upload Bulk Payment.

Finding:
Database table Bulk Payment, at column UserId is using datatype SMALLINT. The max value is 32,767. New user with UserId more than that is unable to upload Bulk Payment.

Solution:
Run script to alter table column from SMALLINT to BIGINT.
Script provided to JTM on 14/12/2021. Pending BSN Management approval.

Note:
This issue took a long time due to inconsistent pattern and lack of info in log.
Log only shows failed to insert/update database table without reason.
