Kindly attend below request:-
The customer informs that, after keyed in TAC number that she received, it shows that account been blocked.
The customer confirm that she keyed in the correct TAC number and tried twice however same problem persist.
Kindly assist to check & revert the outcome.

This issue is similar to [Request ID :##5938##] : KFHonline TAC issue. Root Cause: It was due to additional TAC required for the Forget Password module. Workaround: Please update tb_am_tac table and set T_ERROR_COUNT = 0 to allow the user to use the Forget Password module. We had suggested a patch for this issue, please confirm if we can implement the below code changes. Can IB reset the TAC error count when customers forget password and user status is unlocked? Estimated 3 days required for this patch.
