1. To rename i-Assist tab to ITSM MyIT-DWP and link it to https://myit-my.kfh.com/dwp/app 2. to create sub-tab under ITSM MyIT-DWP, name it User Manual and link to X:\Information Technology\User Manuals\ITSM-MyIT_DWP 3. To rename Autocare IT Helpdesk tab to ITSM BMC-REMEDY (IT internal use only) and link it to https://itsm-my.kfh.com/arsys
