Root Cause:
User's password was null in TB_AM_USER, was not able to replicate the issue in STG environment
Mitigation:
Suggest updating the column (password cipher) to not allow null value.
Below script was executed at 6-Jan-22.
1. Set null value to dummy
update tb_am_user set P_PASSWD_CIPHERTEXT = 'NULL' where P_PASSWD_CIPHERTEXT is null;
2. Update null constraint
alter table tb_am_user modify P_PASSWD_CIPHERTEXT VARCHAR2 NOT NULL;
