Hi Zahir,
Please refer below for our response to customer. Pending customer to response issue isn't able to resolve.
User ' 99900057' P_ERROR_COUNT is 10 and PASSWD_STATE is 'Password Expired' instead of 'Enable'. To resolve this issue, please use another admin user or casadmin to reset the password for user '99900057'. Once reset completed, the user P_ERROR_COUNT will become 0 and PASSWD_STATE become 'Enable' and the user should be able to login to the system.
