Please help to check on Duitnow issue, page keep loading once customer click on the Duitnow link.
The problem still unable to resolve even after we restart the RPP service.
Need your help to check on this issue urgently as the customer is calling us non stop.
FYI, currently our IB and CMS is running at the DR site.

I would like to inform you of the status of KFHIB19 following the failure in troubleshooting which was having kernel panic issues earlier after replacing the HDD on 16th February 2022. Troubleshooting performed: 1. Run Linux Rescue mode on KFHIB19. 2. On rescue mode, the disk partition was showing unreadable. In order to initialize the drive, it will erase existing data. 3. Tried mounting temporary boot files from the HDD.(Failed) 4. This matter will be brought up by Azraf to the KFH management team & discussed internally.
CF, Mar 15, 2022:-
Latest update from Azraf and teams. They had successfully cloned the OS from KFHIB18 and restored it to KFHIB19. All applications were left untouched and a sanity test is required in order to verify application health condition, details will be discussed at the 16th March meeting.
Issue closed in SCP.
