Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
Customer informed that he unable to activate the MySecure App after he click on “Activate KFH MySecure” under profile maintenance.
He tried to activate the apps since yesterday but unsuccessful with error message “Error while performing your request”.
Kindly assist to check & revert the outcome.

From our investigation, We found license for KFHMysecure is expired. Please submit a request for the new license key.

We have received the PO. I have send the license key in a separate email "New License Key for KFH MySecure 2022" Please proceed to update the license in CORUS
