Hi All,
As per current finding, no error/exception in the log file and able to replicate the same behavior in the local machine. Suspecting the customer browser caching issue or network timeout when clicking on the print button. To advise the customer to clear the browser cache and perform printing again.
Maybank to check the customer browser agent.
