Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
We want to assign 100 tokens from Philippines(PH) provider to Cambodia(KH) provider but system only show 12 tokens available, whereas the actual tokens available is around 300 pieces(Physical token with us)
Attached is the screenshot from RCAS system for your perusal.
We want to transfer the token serial number 3498614919 to 3498615909
Kindly assist to check and revert to us urgently.

Please refer below for the root cause and resolution.
Root Cause:
- tokens for the provider PHILIPPINES still pending approval.
Resolution:
- customer to check any activity created by the maker related to the PHILIPPINES token to be approve.
