Kindly attend below request:-
Today we received complaint from En Khairul Azman saying that he did not received TAC while using Agrobank FPX for Syabas Apps.
Time happened around 2.15 pm 28/02/2022.

Hi team,
Update inform on the customer issue,
On 01 March 2022:
1) Request Izzati to ask En. Khairul to retry perform FPX transaction and request TAC via Syabas Apps.
En. Khairul feedback, he able to got the TAC number.
2) Request Izzati, to retrieve SMS log and system.err log for further analysis.
