Kindly attend below request:-

As the issue still persist, and our IT App support needs to manually update the new mobile number in IB DB, we would like to re-open this issue. Please help to check whether it is due to the missing flow or other error which caused the new number not be able to be updated in IB DB.

Please confirm if there is any logging when Contact Centre flag the mobile and when the screen displayed for the new mobile number?

Understand that Penril has provided the patch earlier for the missing flow, however its not convincing enough for the system owner to proceed with the patch. Is it over a year and the issue still happening and we have our Application support to manually update the mobile number each time the issue occurs ( at least 1 case per week )

We need to close the issue ASAP.

-          Penril to check if there is logging during Flag mobile number via BVMC (IT will provide log of recent issue)
Penril: KFH to provide the list

-          Penril to check if there is logging when the confirmation page of mobile number is displayed (IT will provide log of recent issue)

-          Penril to confirm the previous patch for the missing flow covered for “Forgot My Password and Security Answer” or only
 covered “Forgot My Password”
Penril: The previous patch provided was for Force Change Password, after customer login with the correct password. 
No fixes was given for "Forget My Password" and "Forget My Password and Security Answer".
KFH to confirm if Penril to proceed to implement the fixes.
