Kindly attend below request:-
Customer called and informed having a problem to activate new security token.
The error appears after she confirmed the TAC number for activation is “mobile token error 21, fail to registered device. [302].
?We have assisted customer to delete user on Agrokey, revoke token but customer still facing the same problem.
Request to check on this matter.
