Kindly attend below request:-

ISS team raised issue on the ISS raw file generated by IB.

1. Refer to sheet 3 – Transaction: currently ISS taken status Successful and Accepted. However, for February there’s status Success, dipadam, ditolak. Please confirm

2. Refer to sheet 2 – Duplicate Non- Transaction: there’s duplication for non-Transaction data. Listing as in sheet 2.

3. Refer to sheet 1 – non-Transaction : new status in this file . Berjaya. Please confirm.

1. Refer to sheet 3 – Transaction: currently ISS taken status Successful and Accepted. However, for February there’s status Success, dipadam, ditolak. Please confirm

Penril:
1) Currently for transaction Annual Fee is using label Success.

2) Ditolak and Dipadam are for BM selected language
Ditolak is the label used when a customer performs the reject action on the pending transaction.
Dipadam is the label used when a customer performs a delete action. For example, delete action for Fav duitNow Maintenance.

2. Refer to sheet 2 – Duplicate Non- Transaction: there’s duplication for non-Transaction data. Listing as in sheet 2.

Penril: What do you mean by duplicate data. Based on data given, the time was different.

3. Refer to sheet 1 – non-Transaction : new status in this file . Berjaya. Please confirm.

Penril: IB will save as Berjaya if customer selected language is BM as per screenshot for example
