Request by Security Admin (Pn. Azreen) during SIT.
1.Able to provide the following report:
-Users by group profile
-Inactive users by number of days (more than and equal to 30 days )
-Change of user’s information
-Change of user’s access right
-User Group Maintenance report
2.Able to provide the following information on daily and monthly basis:
-Creation of new ID/profile
-Deletion of existing ID/profile
-Change of user’s profile
-Upgrade/downgrade user’s profile (Change of user group)
3.Able to produce Access Control Report which shows all unauthorized or irregular access to systems including date, time,
User ID, location workstation ID and any sensitive transactions (eg. Password rejected, user not allowed in system, job
submitted to update master file).
4.Able to produce a variety of Audit Reports giving details of sensitive transactions, including date, time, User ID, old
and new values for changes.

Hi Haida,
For this item
4.Able to produce a variety of Audit Reports giving details of sensitive transactions, including date, time, User ID, old
and new values for changes.
Please have IT to specify all the reports they wanted, variety means one report with variety of data or multiple reports. If multiple report, IT name to name them and have specify requirement for each report.
