Kindly attend below request.
Merchant maintenance report (MMR) should contains below records
1. merchant maintenance activity => report is currently not showing, we need to show this
2. product maintenance activity => report is currently showing (this is correct)
2.1 currently report only capture activity done by admin, we also need to capture the activity done by banks users as well.

To add merchant maintenance activity in acquiring bank’s MMR report and MMRA report. For merchant maintenance activity, Product ID, Product Name and Registered Services will leave to be blank after enhancement.
To capture merchant and merchant product maintenance activity which has done by Merchant, Bank Participant and Admin users.
To capture merchant and merchant product maintenance activity which has done by Merchant, Bank Participant and Admin, and recorded in MMRA report.
