Description

Below are the issues found regarding field validation for file upload: 

Company Registration No: 
 - Allow exceed max length of 24
Biller Name:
 - Allow leave blank > Display Company Registration No at Biller Name column (refer ss)
 - Allow exceed max length of 64
 - Allow other special character other than &  - (  ) / . space
Address 1:
 - Allow leave blank > Display Business Group at Address 1 column (refer ss)
 - Allow exceed max length of 128
 - Allow other special character other than & ' - (  ) / . space
Address 2:
 - Display Address 1 at Address 2 column if leave blank
 - Allow exceed max length of 128
 - Allow other special character other than & ' - (  ) / . space
Department Name:
 - Display previous field info if leave blank.e.g: Address 2. If Address 2 empty, will display Address 1.
 - Allow exceed max length of 128
 - Allow other special character other than & ' - (  ) / . space
Building No:
 - Display previous field info if leave blank.e.g: Address 2. If Address 2 empty, will display Address 1.
 - Allow exceed max length of 128
 - Allow other special character other than & ' - (  ) / . space
Postcode:
 - Allow exceed max length of 6
 - Allow numeric only. SRS rule for postcode is alphanumeric
City:
 - Allow leave blank > Display previous field info if leave blank
 - Allow exceed max length of 128
 - Allow other than alphanumeric
Business Contact No.: 
 - Allow exceed max length of 20
 - No validation if no country code
Primary Contact Name: 
 - Allow exceed max length of 64 
 - Current system allows  @'./ , but SRS allows alphabet

fix all the validation issues but 1 validation is not correct in biller file upload srs.The primary contact name should be "Alphabet and Special Character (dot, apostrophe and space)" based on add biller function.
