Description
Participant User Checker (DEUT_PUCKTEST99/Mss@dm1n) unable to approve Add biller activity.
Error when click on Submit button - "Error while performing your request"

Fixed in VIT server. Can retest.

Successfully retest.
But now error during Host checker approve verify pending biller. same error.

This is because of calling hub API getting connection timeout. Still pending hub response.

Already update all API to use json format based on what ACI told. Please retest this function.
