Hi Zahir,
Please refer to the below on the current finding and the suggestion resolution. Currently, pending customer to ask the user to retry.
Finding:
1) Verify the token with error code 1 from the vasco library as per screenshot below. No additional exceptions found during the verification process.

Resolutions:
1) Suspect user key in token wrongly, suggest user to retry to input the token carefully.
2) Replace the vasco hard token and rebind the token again.
3) To check whether the whole same batch of the token is facing verification error and check on the uploaded dpx file.
