Description
Data to be added in report template :
-Bank Code
-Address
Currently showing "null"
Date to be fixed for report template :
1)Column Business Group:
"PERTAMIAN" supposed to be "PERTANIAN"
Business group PERTAMBANGAN DAN PENGGALIAN showed different business group in report - Please help to check this again
2) Empty data display empty column for "Last Modified Date" and "Request Status". Other report template display "-".

Tested and still have bugs for Bank Code, Participant Name, Address not displayed in Report and column Business Group (Bugs biller report.png)
For Business Group data showed in the system (Step 2.png) contain different data than the one in report (Bugs biller report.png)

Tested and just noticed one data still missing. Report template must show Participant Name for the Header (as in attachment). Please help to add this data in the report. Thank you
