Hi Zahir,

Please refer below for the root cause and resolution. We already confirm with customer this issue resolved after restart the application server.
Root Cause:

- Suspected caching of the token Kernel Key in the application server caused the token checksum mismatch and hit error code 412.

Resolution:

- Restart the affected application server 2 and be able to resolve this issue.

Preventive Action:

- Required to restart the application server, after deploying the rcas package to ensure the caching is clear.
