Hi,
Kindly attend below request:-
We have few incident whereby customer's account has been debited for DuitNow transactions but the message displayed indicated the transaction was unsuccessful. Customer re-initiated the transactions and once successful, only they realized the first transaction is already debited.
Please check if we can change the message for DuitNow transaction if the account has been debited (but transaction displayed as unsuccessful) to a more meaningful message.
