Kindly attend below request:-
Customer performed SOCSO transaction on 26/4/2022, account has been deducted but customer inform payment still not updated. We have checked with SOCSO and they informed that there is no record in the ftp files.
Therefore, request to check further on this.

Dear team,
Finding:
The EMPETEST file report is not generated and socso status is not updated to Send.
Expected:
Cron job statutory report to generate the EMPETEST file report and update the socso test status to Send
Root cause:
The issue due to statutory report generator unable to retrieve the socso record transaction for the expected action because of invalid condition setting.
Resolution:
Fix the condition setting
The patch already deliver to ITD
