Below is our answer for your questions. Q)We wanted to know if we didn’t send AC within stipulated time. And if yes, A) Yes Q)What is the benchmark of AR-AC turnaround time? A) 5 min What could be the possible issue? On 11th June, we did have downtime on FPX because we deploy some code, but it only started circa 1am. Thus is this issue contributed? a) User not login to IB Q) Q)Paynet send the transaction and AR around 12.58 and FPX got shutdown at 1. Will it take more than two minutes to return AC? A) User not login to IB Q) What could be the reason and how can we avoid such issue? A) Check if there is active trnx before turning off IB
